What I didn’t understand back then was that the body can change the way it uses energy over time. Once I understood that shift, things finally started to make sense.

I came across a simple technique involving something I used to overlook in my kitchen. It didn’t feel extreme. It felt sustainable.

The weight didn’t disappear overnight — but it started coming off consistently. I felt lighter. My clothes fit better. And I stopped fighting my body.
